Stunning vintage haute couture blouse by Pierre Balmain. Made in France with hand numbered tag. Features luxe woven silk in a black + red graphic houndstooth + ink blot print. Draped fit with pintuck pleats down front of bodice and long blouson sleeves with buttoned cuffs and tiny cuffed hem detail. Lightly padded shoulders and black enamel buttons down front with tiny hidden snap closures. All hand finished hems. Such a beautiful piece.
