Insane vintage 80's western Victorian blouse. Features soft mid weight woven cotton in an ultra figure flattering colorblock formation. Dramatic puffed poet sleeves with inverted pleat detail down side and long buttoned cuff. Princess seamed bodice with button closures down front and folded collar detail looks like a little black bowtie when buttoned up. One of my all time favorites.
