Insane vintage 40's/50's circle skirt by Madalyn Miller.  This designer made gorgeous painted and detailed circle skirts but I couldn't find another one made out of this paper/foam fabric. This piece is printed or painted in a trompe l'oeil floral + scroll print with scalloped edges. Feels like lightweight foam. High fitted waist with side metal "Serval" zipper and hidden hook + eye closures. Amazing structured silhouette. Unlined. Rare find!
